- Delinquent Tax Liability Form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VUD05062AW01. This acquisition is a small business set aside. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT (BRAND NAME or EQUAL): Items to be procured are shown below (PLEASE BID ON ALL ITEMS OR NONE.): CLIN 0001 - Power House Manufacturing 150 KW/Load-Bank 400 amp Connecting Cables; Model 150-5-480/240-3+1 with wheels and mating plug - 2 Each Any or equal items will be sent to the technical representative for evaluation. If providing "or equal" product, you must describe how your item meets or exceeds the brand name product. Failure to do so will result in non-responsive quote. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. Below are the characteristics "or equal" products must meet: Rating: 150 kW at 480 and 240 Volts AC, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 180/361 Amps per Phase Total load de-rates to 113 kW at 208 Volts AC, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 313 Amps per Phase Single phase Ratings: 75 kW at 240VAC, 313 Amps, & 37 kW at 120VAC, 313 Amps Load Tolerance: 0 to +5% Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous generator test operation. Load Connections: Convenient Cam Lock power connections 3 Phase 4 Wire "wye" & 1 Phase 2 Wire Load Step Resolution: 5 kW (6.25 kVA) at 480 or 240 Volts AC Step switches labeled for all voltage modes Easy to use operator control panel with: Latest in digital metering: • Shark 100 meter with real-time data logging capabilities • 3-line extra-bright LED display of Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power Factor, etc. Status indicating lights: • Air-flow indicating red and green lights • Over-temperature red light. Main Power on/off switch Fan on/off switch Master Load switch Voltage Selection switch Individual load step switches Test jacks for meter probes A, B, C, & N Safety Features: Fast acting branch circuit fuse protection on all 3 phases of all load steps. Fused 120V control circuit Air pressure switch to prevent load from being applied if loss of cooling air is detected Over-temperature sensor automatically removes load if an over-temperature condition is detected Blower Motor circuit is protected by current overload protection. Operator warning and caution statements are located on appropriate access panels and doors. Control Power: 120 VAC, 1 Phase, 50/60 Hertz, required for control circuit operation. Cooling System: Integrally mounted, high velocity, low noise, 120V AC 1 phase 50/60 Hz. fans provide the necessary cooling air for the resistor load elements.
