- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W913E5-15-T-0005 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910 which has a size standard of $20.5M. This is a total small business set a-side. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for asbestos abatement services to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the attached RFQ. All services shall be performed before 15 May 2015. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than 3 April 2015, at 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time (CST), to: ashley.m.farrier@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. ** NOTE: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
