Justification and Approval HDEC02-13-03-Amendment 0004 for Delicatessen and Bakery Operations for 17 commissaries located in the States of GA, NC, and Sc. The GA commissaries are Fort Benning, Robins AFB, Fort Gordon, Fort Stewart, Hunter AAF, and Moody AFB. The NC commissaries are Fort Bragg North, Fort Bragg South, Camp Lejeune MCB, New River MCAS, Cherry Point MCAS, and Seymour Johnson AFB. The commissaries located in SC are Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB, Charleston AFB, Charleston NWS, and Parris Island MCRD.
