- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a simplified acquisition, 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of procuring Checkmarx Code Scanner Software Subscription Renewal in according to the specifications stated below. The required product is described as follows: Scope of Work GSA requires the following product and service to instantiate one (1) enterprise scanner until Sept 30, 2015: · Checkmarx Scanner Engine - One (1) · Checkmarx Scanner licenses Annual Maintenance - Ten (10) · Checkmarx Reviewer licenses Annual maintenance - Nine (9) Period of Performance The period of performance is to provide Checkmarxscanner service within one week of award. The base-contract will be six (6) months to end of the period on Sept. 30, 2015 with three option years as such: Option 1: 10/1/15 thru 9/30/16 Option 2: 10/1/16 thru 9/30/17 Option 2: 10/1/17 thru 9/30/18 The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this combined / synopsis solicitation to the lowest price quote received.
