- The Air National Guard would like to invite interested Industry representatives to participate in a CAFDEx Support Services Industry Day to be held 27 March 2015; 9:00am EST, at the Air Readiness Center (Andrews AFB) building 3500; Conference room. This is a follow-on activity to the Source Sought posted 03 February 2015, for Solicitation Number W9133L-15-R-0034 on Fed Biz Opps. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide insight into the current planning for CAFDEx Support Services contract and to obtain industry feedback. This event will consist of a briefing session on the requirement starting a 0900, followed by a discussion session, and 20 minute breakout meetings with individual companies for capabilities briefings. Companies are only allowed to have two (2) representatives. Respond back to Randy Wilson for RSVP by 25 March (3:00pm EST) 2015, for the Government to build timeslots for each company. The individual companies will be issued a timeslot by 26 March 2015. VENDOR DAY IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM THE 27 OF MARCH 2015 TO 01 APRIL 2015. START TIME IS 0900.
