Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, NCO 9 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Arrowhead Realty Corp 1109 Harpeth Industrial Court Franklin TN 37064 for temporary lodging of medical/surgical patients for the period of March 1, 2015 through July 31, 2015. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110. The contract will be awarded as firm fixed priced contract. The contractor must be able to provide all of the items listed above. Arrowhead has already passed all the inspections and requirements of the contract and awarding to Arrowhead Realty Corp will allow the Contracting Office to properly solicit for a new base plus four (4) yearly options contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, responses from other than the above sources may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting it in writing to the Network Contracting Office 9, ATTN: Phon Phasavath, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 or Fax 615-849-3789 no later than March 26, 2015 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice of intent.
