Description

Question regarding RFI: (1) Is there a previous vendor performing the same or similar work? Answer: No. This is an initial attempt to see if there are vendors that offer a product with the same or similar attributes that are described in the RFI attachments. (2) How many users will use the product? Answer: 10-100 government employees will be using the product (3) Can a cloud be utilized? Answer: At this time, there are no restrictions on the use of a cloud for data storage. However, any use of the cloud must be private in nature and secured. (4) For functionality requirement 3.4 "What if" scenarios - are these scenarios specific to project management such as resource utilization, equipment use/delivery/manufacturing, project scheduling changes, ect. or strategy? Answer: Scenarios are to incluide, but are not limited to funding/appropriation changes, program scheduling changes, technology changes, and the impact of those changes across all linked events. (5) Will users be in one area of the US or spread abroad? Answer: All users will be domestic (6) Are there security requirements? Answer: At this time, there is no security requirement for this RFI.
