Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0218 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Control Products Corp., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. All other information is in the attached RFQ. Interested parties may submit responses to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil. No later than 4:00pm Eastern, 31-Mar-2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
