- Statement of Work On-line Assessment and Portfolio coversheet RFI On Line Assessment and Portfolio This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires an online assessment and portfolio system for educational, instructional and administrative purpose. Please provide a response to indicate if your organization has the technical capability to provide the support DODEA requires in the Draft Statement of Work. DoDEA is gathering this information as part of its market research process in order to gauge whether or not the requirement can be provided by one single source or multiple sources. DoDEA strongly encourages all potential vendors who can meet the requirements in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work. The responses you provide will help DoDEA in the process of officially posting a solicitation. Please see the attachment for further information and instructions.
