- Wage Determinations Drawings Special Warranty Requirements Appendix C Statement of Work Request for Proposal This is a Design-Build project at Robins AFB, GA with a NAICS Code of 236220. This will be a competitive acquisition for Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) contractors only. The Government has a requirement for a design-build contract to construct a new 4,140 square foot pre-engineered facility with standing seam metal roof. The new facility shall be an addition to the existing Kitting Facility to provide administrative support to current operations. The contractor will provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, transportation, and coordination required. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to the POC. The solicitation and attachments have been released 25 March 2015 with a proposal due date of 4pm, 24 April 2015.
