- 10GJT17_0005_syn N00164-10-G-JT17-0005 ISR SUPPORT EQUIPMENT - FSG 58 - NAICS 334220 Anticipated Issue Date 03 APR 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 04 MAY 2015 - 2:00 PM EDT This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-10-G-JT17. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Equipment. The Government intends to procure on a sole-source basis from QRC Technologies, 1211 Central Park Blvd., Fredericksburg, VA 22401. No formal solicitation will be issued. The procurement will include the following estimated quantities: Description: Part Number Qty Rugged System Controller Q8000-PAN 15 GeWiz 4G Professional Q4003 15 ICS 500 Full Unit Q3800-FULL 2 ICS PBL Q3106-E 2 QRC WiFi Module Q3800-QFI 2 ICS 400 Full Unit with 1 Year Maintenance Q3510-FULL 1 ICS PBL Q3106-W 1 Procurement under the contract will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements through a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-JT17. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is required within 120 days after effective date of order. The basis for restricting competition is the proprietary rights of QRC Technologies and the duplicative costs to the Government to utilize another source to satisfy the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
