Description

Questions and Answers on VA118-15-Q-0160 - IT Training Summit Conference 1.Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past? If available, please provide the incumbent contract number. If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government? Answer: Yes, a similar conference was held in 2012 and the vendor was Atlanta Marriott Marquis. 2.Are the date of May 11-15, 2015 set or would you consider alternate dates in May also? Answer: The date is set. We would not consider alternate dates in May 2015. 3.Reference PWS Paragraph 4.5 Audio/visual requirements: The Federal Government reserves the right to bring their own projectors for use in the Breakout rooms. Reference PWS Paragraph 4.5.4 Projectors (Optional Task): The Contractor shall provide 6 projectors for the Breakout Rooms on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. and Thursday at 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m Were you planning on bringing your own? Answer: Please price the Optional Task - CLIN 0004 in the Price Schedule on page 10 of the solicitation. Please provide all questions via e-mail to Eleanor.Slocum@va.gov and Iris.Farrell@va.gov
