- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to award a bridge contract to continue development and support of Battle Force Electronic Warfare Trainer (BEWT), Surface Electronic Warfare Team Trainer (SEWTT) and production of Battle Force Electronic Warfare Trainer variant II (BEWT II) to Electronic Warfare Associates Government Systems Incorporated (EWA GSI), 13873 Park Center Road, STE 500, Herndon, VA 20171-3251. The contract will be for a base-period of one (1) year and contain one, one (1) year option. The contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only One Reliable Source and No Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. EWA GSI is the only company that can meet the Navy's SEWTT/BEWT development, support, and production requirements without unacceptable delays until the contract is awarded. All responsible sources are may submit a capability statement for consideration. All capability statements must be submitted via email to Kellan.H.Watson@navy.mil and Melissa.Brito@navy.mil by the closing date of this synopsis for consideration. A follow on to the aforementioned requirements will be competed via a synopsis which will be released at a later date.
