- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is to Repair the Portland cement concrete (PCC) slabs in the Helicopter Movement Area at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. The project includes work to carefully demolish the selected 16" thick, unreinforced PCC slabs, without damaging adjacent slabs, install dowels in adjacent slabs, and place new PCC pavement, including construction joints and control/contraction joints.The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials necessary to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract, Bi-annual PCC Slab Repair at Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 14 Apr 2015. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 15 May 2015. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Job Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 ). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 30 September 2015, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
