Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Richmond VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this RFI/ Sources Sought Notice for small business sources for Sponge Detection system using radio frequency ID chips (RFID). The requirement is for a RFID system, brand-name or equal to RF Surgical Systems RF Assure Model 200E -e+ Boost: RF Assure Model 200E -e+ Boost - 8 cases (1 per case) RFS Blair Port Wand - 1 case (20 per case) NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer's warranty. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, Size Standard: 500 Employees, and the Classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: POC information, DUN#, and business size, FSS contract number, and whether the requested equipment is on their contract.
