- Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Government currently occupies parking space at a location under lease in Memphis, TN that will be expiring. The Government requires Parking Space yielding a minimum of 350 spaces. Minimum: 350 Maximum: 350 The lease term requirement is for 5 years firm and 5 years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2015. The delineated area is: Bounded in the north by I-55/I-240 Bounded in the west by Highway 61 Bounded in the south by Holmes Road Bounded in the east by Airways Road/Airways Blvd Other applicable requirements include the following features: Proximity to public transportation Space must be on no more than one floor Three Hundred Fifty (350) on-site reserved parking spaces The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building List of any Services provided. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. Please Note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.
