- Description
- RFQ CNSHQ15T0010 - AmeriCorps NCCC Southwest Region Campus Member Lodging The Government intends to procure lodging services for the Corporation for National & Community Service in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number CNSHQ15T0010 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80, effective March 2, 2015. The Government is contemplating awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award with an overall performance period of five (5) years. A single purchase limit placed under this BPA is $500,000.00 and the maximum BPA ceiling amount is $5,000,000.00. This BPA, for the subject requirement, will be awarded using the Firm-Fixed-Price type and Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). It is CNCS's objective to make full use of the contractor's expertise and experience in developing a proposal to support the objectives outlined in this document. Please see attached RFQ for further details. **It is the contractor's/offeror's responsibility to ensure that the Government receives submitted proposals by the due date. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, April 13, 2015. Responses received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive. CNCS reserves the right to select a single contractor that will provide the Corporation with the best resources for successfully assessing the lodging services. This solicitation is being issued based on the results of market research conducted for the aforementioned services. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement based on the evaluation of offers, as cited, in the evaluation factors. Offerors shall represent that their responses are valid for a period of no less than 90 days from the due date for submission. Overnight carrier or in person delivery SHALL be the ONLY acceptable forms of submittal for all proposals. Proposals received electronically (e.g., email, etc.) will be considered non-responsive. Please note that this request does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of your offer, nor to contract for said services. Note also that full, accurate, and complete information is required by this request in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 1001, which also prescribes the penalties for making false statements. Further, government and nongovernment personnel who have signed appropriate nondisclosure agreements will support CNCS in performing technical evaluations of proposal submissions.
