- LTC project RA15044005, for 3 NSNs as follows: 1660-01-463-7140, Parts Kit, Air Flow, P/N 1601331-1; 1660-00-243-0392, Kit, Overhaul, Oxygen Regulator, P/N 9776301-10; 1660-01-386-3809, Kit, Overhaul, Oxygen Regulator, P/N 1601311-1 (Rev "AA"). These parts are sole source to Carleton Life Support Systems, CAGE 99251. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved source should bid. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. For NSN 1660-01-463-7140, the estimated annual demand quantity is 17 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 4 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 130 each for the base and option periods combined. **Certified cost or pricing data is required and should be submitted along with the proposal. **A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required and should be submitted along with the proposal. For NSN 1660-00-243-0392, the estimated annual demand quantity is 49 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 12 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 370 each for the base and option periods combined. For NSN 1660-01-386-3809, the estimated annual demand quantity is 13 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 100 each for the base and option periods combined. For NSN 1660-00-243-0392, the required production lead-time is 292 days after receipt of order (ARO). For NSN 1660-01-463-7140, the required production lead-time is 173 days ARO. For NSN 1660-01-386-3809, the required production lead-time is 292 days ARO. FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. For NSN 1660-01-386-3809 & 1660-00-243-0392, Oxygen Component Overhaul Kit Verification testing is required. Sample shall consist of one complete Kit. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
