- Description
- Building PM366 was built in 1956 with one story masonry building. An addition was added in 1964. HVAC system and fire alarm were added in 1985. This building was originally built as civilian cafeteria. In the 1990s it was converted into training facility with classrooms and conference rooms and some administration spaces. Those administration spaces do not meet the user ™s need. The existing mechanical systems and electrical systems and fire alarm systems are old and do not meet codes/regulations and UFCs standards. The plumbing is deteriorating. There is no fire sprinkler system in the building. The facility was built in 1950s and has encountered renovations many times. Lots of un-used items, (including architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and etc.) are left in the building and are not used anymore. Therefore, this project shall remove all un-used items and shall include all required design and construction to satisfy user ™s needs and to eliminate all deficiencies and bring the facility up to the latest codes and Navy criteria compliance.
