Description

The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, California is seeking information from qualified Offerors (Vendors, Manufacturers, Contractors) on how an interested contractor could replace campus telecommunications systems, adding/enhancing unified communications features and IPv6 compatibility. The potential solution should include associated management and monitoring software, support for configuration and installation of the equipment, and administration training of NPS personnel. Existing telecommunications operations and services must be maintained to the maximum extent practicable throughout the LCR process. It expected that this would be a multi phased installation, requiring some integration with the existing telecommunications equipment during the replacement process, including the sharing of PRI trunks and internal calls between the existing and any replacement system.
