- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W91247-15-T-MS96 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-80. Guest rooms: Number of rooms required: Total of 250 sleeping rooms. Non-smoking rooms required. a. Sunday, 17 May 2015 ? Five (5) Single Occupancy Rooms; b. Monday, 18 May 2015 ? Eighty (80) Single Occupancy Rooms; c. Tuesday, 19 May 2015 - Eighty (80) Single Occupancy Rooms; d. Wednesday, 20 May 2015 - Eighty (80) Single Occupancy Rooms; e. Thursday, 21 May 2015 ? Five (5) Single Occupancy Rooms, 250, EA; LI 002: FFP Audio Visual: (type and quality of amenities required): The contractor shall provide the following audio visual equipment for Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Thursday, 20 May 2015 from 0700 hrs ? 1800 hrs: one (1) audio house system patch or speaker system, one (1) audio mixer, two (2) wireless mic lavaliere, two (2) wireless handheld mic, two (2) projector, two (2) projector screen, two (2) skirted audio cart; The contractor shall provide one (1) podium and twelve (12) easels with butcher block paper., 1, JOB; LI 003: FFP. Internet Services- (a) Administrative Room - Monday, 18 May 2015 thru Friday, 22 May 2015, to accommodate one (1) computer. Must be wired.; (b)General Session room - Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Thursday, 21 May 2015,to accommodate one (1) computer. Must be wired. If free wireless services is provided by hotel for all guest rooms and conference rooms this will be a No Cost Clin and will be listed as Informational only. IAW SOW DESTINATION FOB, 1, JOB; LI 004: FFP. Color Copier - The contractor shall provide one (1) color copier/printer combination for administrative room for Monday, 18 May 2015 thru Friday, 22 May 2015 at 0600 hrs ? 1800 hrs. Must be able to make 2-sided and color copies. The color copier/printer must have network capability for direct printing. The Contractor shall provide 4000 standard white sheets of copier paper., 1, JOB; LI 005: Meeting Space - (a) One (1) General Session Conference Room. The contractor shall provide one (1) General Session Conference Room from Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Thursday, 21 May 2015 at 0700 hrs ? 1800 hrs; (b) The contractor shall provide linen covered round tables that will seat 8 personnel per table for 90 attendees. Must include water station, four (4) easels with butcher block paper, internet connectivity and be temperature controlled; (c) Meal room (non-breakout room). The contractor shall provide linen covered round tables that will seat 8 personnel per table for 80 attendees from Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Thursday, 21 May 2015 at 0630 hrs ? 0800 hrs and 1130 hrs ? 1400 hrs; (d)Breakout rooms. The contractor shall provide seven (7) board room style rooms for 15 attendees from Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Wednesday, 20 May 2015 at 1200 hrs ? 2000 hrs. The breakout rooms must include water station, internet connectivity and easel with butcher block paper each; (e)Administrative room. The contractor shall provide one (1) administrative room board room style for fifteen (15) staff members. The administrative room shall be available Monday, 18 May 2015 thru Friday, 22 May 2015 at 0600 hrs ? 1800 hrs; (f)The contractor shall provide three additional 6? banquet tables required for work areas around the perimeter of the room. The room must be large enough to accommodate all tables, incoming government supplies, contracted copier and staff. Must also include telephone, internet connectivity, water station, easel with butcher block paper and trash receptacle; (g)The contractor shall set up thirty-five (35) linen covered banquet tables placed around the perimeter of the room. Must have close access for six (6) tables near electrical outlets. The resource room should be in close proximity to general session conference room., 27, EA; LI 006: Meals - Breakfast. (a) The contractor shall provide hot breakfast buffet (example: eggs/pancake/French toast, meat, starch, Danish/Toast, 100% fruit, milk, tea, coffee, etc.), for eighty (80) attendees; (b) The contractor shall provide hot breakfast buffet from Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Thursday, 21 May 2015 at 0630 hrs ? 0800 hrs., 240, EA; LI 007: Meals - Lunch. (a) The contractor shall provide hot lunch buffet (example: 2 entrees, salad, starch, 1 vegetable, cookie/brownie, and drink); (b)The contractor shall provide hot lunch buffet on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Wednesday, 20 May 2015 from 1130 hrs ? 1300 hrs for 80 attendees; (c) The contractor shall provide hot lunch buffet on Thursday, 21 May 2015 from 1230 hrs ? 1400 hrs for 15 attendees., 175, EA; LI 008: Skirted Table. The contractor shall provide skirted tables for the following dates and times: (a) Monday, 18 May 2015, 1200 hrs ? 2000 hrs, 2 each, 6? tables for registration (can be waived if fixed registration booth at location); (b) Tuesday, 19 May 2015 thru Wednesday, 20 May 2015 at 0800 hrs ? 1700 hrs, thirty-five (35) each, 6? tables with two (2) chairs for each table, set up around perimeter of the resource room., 1, JOB; LI 009: Marquees/signage. The contractor shall provide marquees and/or directional signs from Monday, 18 May 2015 thru 21 May 2015. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
