Statement of Work for Building 23 HVAC repair Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools and material to perform HVAC repair of Building 23 on ECHCS Denver campus at 1055 Clermont St, Denver CO 80220 per the attachment report, insulate all expose piping on the roof, and perform preventive maintenance to 4 exhaust fans in building 1 sub-basement. Vendor must be familiar with Building 23 floor plan. There will be minimal guidance and escort. 1.Clean Condenser Coil and check leak 2.Replace or repair all electric reheat, exclude room 211 and 212. 3.Replace belts on 4 exhaust fans building 23 4.Operation hour: Monday through Friday 7:3am to 4pm
