Description

Request for Quotation Solicitation Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish a Anton Paar Mutliwave Microwave Digestion System(Name Brand or Equal) to be used for research at the USDA Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) in Madison, Wisconsin. The period of performance is 60 days after the receipt of the order. As per FAR 11.104, Use of brand name or equal purchase descriptions. The solicitation is for firm fixed price request for quote (RFQ), brand name or equal for Anton Paar Multiwave microwave Digestion System (Brand Name or Equal). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79.
