- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561720 (Janitorial Services). The United States Military Academy (USMA) is looking for a contractor to provide janitorial services at Michie Stadium located on U.S. Military Academy grounds for an estimated period of performance May 16 to May 30, 2015. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720. The successful Contractor shall be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing this service. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to provide this service and must provide detailed experience and qualifications in all previous work pertinent to this effort. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561720. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Patti.Fay-Crosbie@usma.edu. The information requested must be received no later than 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time on April 6, 2015.
