- Information Security Services Synopsis - INFOSEC The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires Information Security Services (INFOSEC) to assist in operating and maintaining an Information Security (INFOSEC) program responsive to requirements for Information Assurance (IA), Cybersecurity, INFOSEC Policy and Compliance, and Communications Security (COMSEC). The goal is to provide an integrated delivery of INFOSEC services and solutions supporting core/common information and IT security requirements across DEA in a seamless and integrated approach. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing required services to include, but not limited to, Project Management, Information Security Program Management, Information Security Governance, Cybersecurity Management and Communications Security. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, quality control, and security and demonstrate that sufficient resources have been included in the billing rates to successfully perform the required services. The contractor shall be required to hold an active, Top Secret Facility Security Clearance Level. The government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 15 Negotiation procedures. This requirement will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in the award of a single, Firm-Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), task order type contract. The anticipated period of performance will consist of one 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that the RFP will be made available for downloading on or about fifteen (15) days after publication of this announcement. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Written and telephone requests will not be honored. It is anticipated that proposals will be due 30 days following the date of issuance of the RFP.
