- HDEC04-15-R-0011 Equipment List Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment (MFP) as required for the following commissaries: Buckley Air Force Base, Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base and U.S. Air Force Academy Commissaries. MFP consists of: meat saw, mixer/grinder systems (single, tandem, and industrial), rotary roll-in oven (electric and gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper table, meat molder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer, roll-in proofer (one and two door). The Period of Performance is 12 month from date of award (base period) with two 12 month option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about March 30, 2015 with a tentative closing date of April 30, 2015. The anticipated award date is June 1, 2015. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from the solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 811310 in the database. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
