CLARIFICATION QUESTION ANTITERRORISM FORCE PROTECTION “ N00189-15-R-0016 QUESTION: Please provide guidance as to where to locate the pricing spreadsheets identified/referred to in each CLIN. ANSWER: The pricing spreadsheet is attached. QUESTION: What types of labor categories does the government require? ANSWER: Labor categories are listed on the attached pricing spreadsheet. QUESTION: How many of each labor category does the government require? ANSWER: The Government requires one for each labor category. See the attached pricing spreadsheet. QUESTION: Will the government accept a mix of FTE and PTE? ANSWER: See the attached pricing spreadsheet for labor requirements. QUESTION: Will the government accept CPARS in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires? ANSWER: The Government will review CPARS in addition to Past Performance Questionnaires. QUESTION: Is the government requiring the submission of resumes as part of the proposal requirements? ANSWER: The Government is not requiring the submission of resumes. QUESTION: SCA Equivalent Rate CLAUSE. The last page of the solicitation includes ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.222-42 (page 67) which is typically a Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires and guidelines for the expected category of employees for the contract. Can the government provide the information that appears to be missing? ANSWER: ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.222-42 is deleted from the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation. QUESTION: The uploaded documents have provided major changes / additions to the RFP. Will there be an extension to the submission date to accommodate? ANSWER: No additional extension to the submission date is anticipated.
