Description

Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Justification and Approval Solicitation UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to award a sole source contract to Strategic Aerial Solutions, LLC for a SPARKS Parachute Accountability and Record Keeping System, along with maintenance and upgrade agreements. This acquisition is in support of UNICOR's customer, the US Army Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, LA. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1) / FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this requirement utilizing procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. Interested concerns may submit written comments to the Contracting Officer by no later than 2:00 pm EST on Monday, April 6, 2015. If no comments are received by the deadline, award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
