Offerors are instructed to refer to the solicitation documents for complete Amendment details.) 1. Section B: Revise CLINs to include a 90 Days Transition CLIN 2. Section B: Revise CLINs to include a CLIN for "Approved Transportation to the Metropolitan Region" 2. Section B: Revise CLINs to include a CLIN for "Approved Local Transportation" 3. Section B: Revise Base Year CLINs from 12 months to 9 months 4. Section C.4: Revise Place to Performance to include the statement "with coordination through ICE's Family Residential Centers located in Leesport, Pennsylvania; Karnes City, Texas; and Dilley, Texas." 5. Section C.6.1 - C.6.13: Clarify and revise Performance Objectives (various revisions made- changes highlighted in yellow where possible). 6. Section C.7: Remove reference to "Program Manager". 7. Section C.8: Suggested Staffing provisions clarified. 8. Section C.9: Revise CLINs to include new CLINs 0009, CLIN 0010 and CLIN 0011 (Base Year CLIN structure shown only) and add the sentences "The Transition period shall be 90 days. Full performance shall begin after 90 days." 9. Section E: Remove reference to "IT Security Plan" 10. Sections E and J.1: Include new Attachment 05 "Security Controls Questionnaire" 11. Sections E and J.2: Include the following new Exhibits (A-H): A. Security Requirements Traceability Matrix B. Security Plan C. Contingency Plan D. Contingency Plan Test Results E. Configuration Management Plan F. Security Assessment Plan G. Security Assessment Report H. ATO Letter 12. Section G.3: Revise invoice submission requirements to state "Supporting documentation requirements will be defined at time of award" and remove items related to detention services. 13. Section H.3: Insert requirement for the new Attachment 05 (Security Controls Questionnaire) to be provided within the Volume I Technical proposal. 14. Section H.3.1: Revise first sentence to clarify submission requirements for Security Authorization (SA) (Exhibits A-H) "no later than 30 days after contract award". 15. Section H.3.1(a): Revise first sentence to state: "Authority to Operate (ATO) -The ATO will be obtained approximately 90 days after award and prior to the anticipated full commencement of services date." 16. Section H.3.1(b)(i): Identify Section J Exhibits A-H throughout the paragraph and add the provision for submission of documents "...no later than thirty (30) days after contract award....". 17. Section I, 52.216-19(a) Revise minimum order to one (1) HoH. 18. Section L.4.4: Revise first sentence from "all three formats..." to "email format". 19. Section L.4.4: Revise proposal submission deadline from "14:00 EDT April 20, 2015" to "14:00 EDT May 11, 2015". 20. Section L.6.4: Revise reference to "(i.e., above 450)" to "(i.e., above 300)". 21. Section L.7: Revise Questions Submission deadline from "12 noon EDT March 12, 2015" to "12:00 noon EDT April 13, 2015". 22. Attachment 01 (QASP): Paragraph 9 - First sentence revised to state "Program participants are the ultimate recipients of the services...." 23. Attachment 01 (QASP): (Appendix A, Functional Area # 5): Remove "Participant Discrimination" and reference to ALDF and replace with "Contractor Staffing". 24. Attachment 03 (Cost and Pricing Summary): Revised to include new Transportation and Transition CLINs, and update Periods of Performance.
