****THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO ORIGINAL SOURCES SOUGHT # VA248-15-R-0900****** REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION: Add the following: "SF 330's will only be accepted for further evaluation from a SDVOSB prime A/E located within a 300 mile driving radius between the Principal business address or branch office as listed in vetbiz.gov and the VA facility place of performance. The mileage radius will be determined by Map quest. " SELECTION CRITERIA: #5. IS MODIFIED AND CHANGED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: 5. Location in general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the project. The area of consideration for a firm respondent is a 300 mile driving radius between the principal's business address or authorized branch office as listed in vetbiz.gov and the VA facility place of performance. Determination of mileage eligibility will be based on www.mapquest.com mileage calculation between the principle business address or branch office as associated with the SDVOSB vendor's address as listed in Vetbiz and the place of performance. There are No other changes to the original announcement.
