- Forest Lodge Site Electrical Upgrade The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest announces an opportunity to upgrade the existing site electrical system at our Forest Lodge facility. Forest Lodge is located at 22230 Garmisch Road in Cable, WI. The project will consist of upgrading the existing site electrical. There will be new feeders, switchboard, disconnects and service panels installed. Erosion control during the project will also be required. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(b), the estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. The Small Business Administration size standard is $15.0 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. This is a synopsis only. A solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Federal Business Opportunities mid-April.
