- This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent that AFLCMC/WLNKA anticipates issuing a solicitation/contract for a "build to print" effort to manufacture C-130 Loadmaster Crashworthy Seat (CWS) Stowage Fixture Modification kits. The contractor will manufacture the required fixtures; install the fixtures to Government Furnished seats; modify Government Furnished stanchions, and; return seats and stanchions to Robins AFB Ga. Particulars follow: CWS Kit, NSN: 1560K0104324ALG, 1ea. First Article, 382 ea. production and 29 ea. Optional, Delivery FA 120 DAY ARO, Production 50/Mo. Beginning 90 DAY ARO FA approval. Stanchion Modification, NSN 201112690-10, 18 ea., Delivery 90 DAY ARO Government Provided Stanchions. Modification materials follow: The Upper Stowage Fixture locks the seat into the desired, stowed position. Dimensions: 5.5"L x 4"W x.75"D. Features: two.5" holes for pin placement, and one.2" hole for lanyard attachment. Material: Aluminum Alloy, 6061-T651, Plate IAW SAE AMS-QQ-A-250/11, OR 6061-T6511, Extruded Bar IAW SAE AMS-QQ-A-200/8. Finish: Anodize IAW MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 2 (Black). Both sides will be engraved to identify Left Hand or Right Hand application. The Lower Stowage Fixture Assembly provides greater range of motion for the seat. Dimensions: 8"L x 2.5"W x 2"D. Features: two.625" threaded holes for attached hardware, and two.2" holes for mounting to the Interface Assembly. Attached Hardware: two Locking Spring Plungers, PN 201112750-01. Material: Aluminum Alloy, 6061-T651, Plate IAW SAE AMS-QQ-A-250/11, OR 6061-T6511, Extruded Bar IAW SAE AMS-QQ-A-200/8. Finish: Anodize IAW MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 2 (Black). Top side will be engraved to identify LH and RH positioning. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit as a FAR 15, competitive, 100% small business set aside for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Government will solicit this requirement on or about 15 APR 2015 with responses due on or about 13 MAY 2015.
