Description

This notice is to serve as an award notice for an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity Contract for transitional housing services to include room, board, transportation and other Substance Use Disorder Services (SUDS) treatment supportive services to Overton Brooks VAMC patients enrolled in SUDS and deemed eligible for such services as determined by the medical center director or his designee. Initial Task Order Amount is $194,963.16 (six month order) with a Total Estimated Amount for orders placed for the Base Period and four One-year Option Periods of $2,237,019.30.
