- This is an Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-RSA) requirement for the non-recurring development of technical insertions to complete development of the base line AH-64E, and for the integration of modifications. This is a follow-on to Boeing contract W58RGZ-05-C-0001, the Lot 4 System Design and Development (SDD) effort. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this will be a sole source requirement to The Boeing Company.
