- JOTFOC The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to Wartsila Defense, Inc. for the following supplies: H76214/6/5.0, SERVICE KIT "B" FOR 5" PSE QTY: 02 H70300-2 SERVICE KIT "B" FOR 55" ND SEAL, OVERSIZED DIAPHRAGMS QTY: 02 H76214-CT, COMPRESSION TOOL ASSY. QTY: 01 Wartsila Defense Inc. is the original manufacturer of the referenced items and maintains the proprietary rights which make them the sole source. The OEM has limited the availability of propriety information. Required Delivery Date: April 16, 2015 Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST 03APRIL2015 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven days after date of this publication/synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation is restricted to: Wartsila Defense, Inc 1313 W 24th St National City, CA 91950 Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
