Description

Notice of Intent Notice of Intent The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to ACL Services, LTD, for the renewal of 25 ACL Data Full (AN) Subscription Users. ACL Services, LTD is the sole manufacturer and sole supplier for ACL Software products in North America. ACL Data Full (AN) Subscription Users are required for internal control programs for premium compliance purposes and as part improper payment detection and prevention programs. ACL Maintenance Support renewal will provide ACL Data Full (AN) Subscription Users will provide PBGC with the following: ACL Technical Support - prior Premium Service levels - Knowledge base, downloads, User forums, 24x5 technical services toll-free Access to ongoing upgrades and releases of ACL Analytics (NEW) - ACL Academy access for all your subscriptions. Those with access can go to our online learning portal to take online training courses. These courses range from beginner to advanced level walkthroughs. (NEW) - Access to ACL Script Hub. ACL Script Hub is a collection of ACL intellectual property/scripts that you can take and use for your own needs within the ACL Analytics application. (NEW) ACL Results Cloud - Share you results quickly and easily to important decision makers. (NEW) - Access to the new Data Visualization features in Analytics 11 (see date sheet attached) The period of performance is for (1) Twelve Month Base Year and (2) Option Years. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Judene Dayes at dayes.judene@pbgc.gov no later than April 3, 2015, 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
