- Solicitation Document SWHARC15Q0002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, with the solicitation attached. This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations for full health and life insurance services for local Jamaican foreign nationals (non-U.S. citizens) employed by the U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica, and residing within the geographic boundaries of Jamaica. Coverage includes both foreign nationals and eligible family members and dependents. For a complete description of the required health and life insurance services, see the attached solicitation documents. With reference to the attached, no phone calls will be accepted. Only written correspondence (preferably by e-mail) will be considered.
