Description: **NOTE: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the Pre-solicitation to Monday, April 6, 2015 until 12:00 noon. The Collections Access, Loan and Management Division (CALM) of the Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor assistance to process 100,000 (with the possibility of up to 120,000) single volume monographs per year for withdrawal from the Library's General Collections. The single volume monographs for withdrawal will be provided to the service provider by the Library. The Library anticipates to award this as a Firm Fixed-Price type contract.
