- RFQP02021500014 - Temporary Contract Catholic Priest Credentials of Religious Services Statement of Work The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is RFQP02021500014 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, FCI Fort Dix, Fort Dix, NJ, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02021500014 to make a single award to a responsible quoter for the provision of Catholic Priest to carry out Catholic worship services for the inmate population at the MDC Brooklyn, NY. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for a Catholic Contract Priest, needed to maintain high quality religious services by performing Roman Catholic Mass in English and Spanish at MDC Brooklyn located at 80 29st Brooklyn, NY, 11232-1305 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business participation. The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 813110 and the Business Size Standard is $7.5 million dollars. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13 and a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is anticipated. Only Open Market quotations are being accepted from responsible contractors. Acceptance and inspection shall be at DESTINATION. Performance of the required service shall be at the Religious Service Areas of MDC Brooklyn, New York. It is estimated temporary three (3) months not extend more than six (6) months service, an estimated total of 28 sessions. A session is defined as a one (1) hour period. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of three (3) months, at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813110. The solicitation will be available on or about March 31, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
