- DO NOT CONTACT POSTER - L. NEWHOUSE. FOR ANY INFORMATION CONTACT: RAYMOND WATSON, 443-395-6382 This is a Market Survey seeking interested sources. US ARMY Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is seeking interested sources that are capable of awarding a one (1) year contract for one (1) Field Support Representative supporting JADOCS in the Republic of Korea. FSR provides the United States Government Technical Assistance consisting of all technical services and oversight of this complex software intense program as defined below: Obtaining customer country operational and technical information and support necessary for configuring JADOCS Software for Korea's use. Defining software and fielding requirements based on Korea's expressed and inferred needs. Assigning technical tasks to the engineers in the Program Management Office to define requirements, write customer specific unique statements of work, conducting engineering technical evaluations on contractor proposals to ensure that the customer's needs are met, as well as ensure the customer's systems and integration into the customer country's unique architecture, inspect contractor deliverables and services, and manage deliverables against contract delivery orders. For this unique program, implement and manage contractual agreements and conduct weekly teleconferences with contractor to address all program specific logistical and technical issues and to ensure program goals are being met. Act as liaison between product managers, contractors and customer to ensure system interoperability issues are addressed and customization of software to ensure the indigenous requirements of customer country are met. Manage configuration data for validation acceptance and verify that software compatibility requirements are corroborated. Interested companies should submit a white paper that includes: Detailed specifications Detailed logistics plan to satisfy the requirements Pricing data sufficient for SAMD and Acquisition Center to perform a complete cost analysis All responses to this market survey must be received by 24 April 2015.
