- This procurement will be issued utilizing Small Business Set-Aside Procedures. This Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is PANEL, STRUCTURAL,AIRCRAFT, I/A/W SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, CAGE 78286 DRAWING 70500-02063 REVISION "AP" DATED 25JUN07 AMCOM, CAGE 81996 PROCUREMENT PACKAGE #70500-02063B REVISION "L" DATED 5JUN08 P/N 70500-02063-402; NSN 1560-01-082-9240; Contractor First Article Testing of one item required. Estimated Annual Quantity of 46 each; the required delivery of the production quantity is 181 DARO; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for either NSN. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." Solicitation issue date is 20 April 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
