- NSN 5962-01-231-0860, MICROCIRCUIT,LINEAR PR # 56389700 This requirement is for a total quantity of 50. An option is not included in this solicitation. Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Raytheon (4U884); P/N 5226460-1 Natel Engineering (09059); P/N 5226460-1 First Article Testing is not required. Delivery is 345 days ADO. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of April 15, 2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. NOTE: THE CITED DRAWING IS A SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING. ONLY THE SOURCES CITED ON THE DRAWING AND/OR THE SOLICITATION HAVE BEEN APPROVED. EVEN THOUGH SOURCES AND APPROVED PART NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED, THE ITEMS FURNISHED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITED DRAWING. OFFERORS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN QUALIFYING THEIR PRODUCT FOR PURPOSE OF FUTURE ACQUISITION, MUST CONTACT THE CONGNIZANT DESIGN ACTIVITY SPECIFIED ON THE SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes CLAUSE 52.209-9028, QUALIFIED SUPPLERS LIST OF DISTRIBUTORS (QSLD) - FSC 5961 AND 5962 (AUG 2009); Any resultant contract will be awarded based on QSLD guidelines if applicable. The solicitation will include DLAD 52.209-9002 (APR 2013), Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL)-FSCS 5961 and 5962. Any resultant contract will be based on QTSL guidelines if applicable.
