Item 0001: Laser Bright Solutions, SOL 10W 532nm / QTY 1 EACH = $___________ (configured for operation from 8kHz to 128kHz), Linewidth < 100 pm, circular polarization; conductively cooled package. See below specs: Shall provide a pulse repetition frequency (PRF) of 10 to 100 kHz at one wavelength and up to 8 kHz at a second wavelength with the same form factor for each laser Large range of PRF enables a wider range of communication data rates in a dynamically changing environment Shall provide pulse energies ranging from 50 microjoules at 100 kHz to 1 millijoule at 10 kHz at one wavelength and 400 microjoules at a second wavelength with the same form factor for each laser Large pulse energies enable realistic simulations of communication links with performance through clouds and greater depths Each laser shall operate at one of two wavelengths in the blue green spectrum (532 and 523 nm) There must be two wavelengths of operation for full duplex operations and both must be in the blue green portion of the spectrum to transmit through sea water and match with existing receiver optical filters Each laser shall operate with pulse widths less than 80 nanoseconds Large pulse widths preclude operation at the highest possible data rate using pulse position modulation form. Shall not exceed 147cu. in. in volume Small size and weight is beneficial for mounting in various future platforms in order to realistically simulate an actual transmitter in the test bed Shall not exceed 10 lbs. in weight Small size and weight is beneficial for mounting in various future platforms in order to realistically simulate an actual transmitter in the test bed. Shall be packaged in a sealed and ruggedized monolithic case Will be installed in maritime environments where water and weather could corrode and destroy the laser systems. Shall be air-cooled. Lasers will be placed inside payload compartments that provide air cooling Item 0002: Laser, Bright Solutions / SOL 523nm 2.5 to 3 W at 8 kHz or lower; max energy is 0.4 mJ. Efficiency at higher rep rate is lower. 1.5 to 2W expected at 523 nm; Linewidth < 100 pm, circular polarization; conductively cooled package / QTY 1 EACH = $___________ Item 0003: Red aiming beam / QTY QTY 2 EACH = $____________________ Item 0004: Controller.
