Knox Street Tampa, FL 33634 Subject: Award of Non-Emergency Special Mode Transportation (Handicab) Interim Contract for the James A. Haley VA Medical Center (JAHVAMC), Tampa, Florida. This letter confirms selection for award of the subject fixed-price contract VA248-15-D-0089 to Lifefleet Southeast Inc., American Medical Response, a Large Business using non-competitive negotiated procedures in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This interim contract will continue to service patients uninterruptedly of JAHVAMC as a competitive contract is solicited and completed. Total estimated award value $652,765.17 for a base period of two (2) months. Period of Performance (Two Months): April 1, 2015 - May 31, 2015
