This is not a request for proposal or a request for quote. There is no solicitation document available. This is a notice of intent of the Department of Veteran Affairs, Boise, Idaho to negotiate a sole source contract with Idaho Gastroenterology Associates, for Gastroenterology Services. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is Title 38 USC 8153. This procurement is being conducted using FAR Part 15 procedures.
