Solicitation Number: VA246-15-Q-0627 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: VA246-15-Q-0627 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA246-15-Q-0627 and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. This project is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns and the associated NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be sent to the Contracting Officer at Miriam.lemaitre@va.gov. Quotes can be emailed to Miriam.lemaitre@va.gov by the date of RFQ closing. The Veterans Administration requires that all quoters be registered in (www.sam.gov), and Vetbiz.gov (www.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible to receive an award subject to this announcement. DESCRIPTION The Veterans Health Administration, NCO 6, VISN 6, Hampton, VA in support of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the following: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Steris Caviwave Pro Ultrasonic Cleaner to include removal and disposal of existing equipment and installation of new equipment in accordance with the attached solicitation.
