Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical Requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation to procure one Shrinking and Stretching Machine. The project will include delivery, accessories, IUID Tag and technical data. The estimated release date of the Solicitation will be on or about April 1, 2015. The award will be made as firm fixed price contract. The Performance Period is 120 calendar days after receipt of order. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available via the DLA "DIBBS" at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the Solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. If the solicitation cannot be found on DIBBS after the issue date contact the buyer for an electronic copy. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
