N6328515SUTQ060 This is a special notice to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to SAN DIEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT at 9621 Ridgehaven Ct San Diego CA 92123 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Police Radio Service. NCIS currently utilizes SAN DIEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT services due to the 800MHz system only provided by the SAN DIEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 515111. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
