- W91ZLK-15-T-0091 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE UPGRADE, CALIBRATION, AND CONFIGURATION OF TARGET LASER CONTROL SYSTEM. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following products and service: The Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Combat Vehicles Division, Automotive Directorate requires an upgrade, calibration, and configuration of their Target Laser Control System. To properly configure this system for operation, an upgrade of hardware, software, and fabrication of components is needed in order to restore equipment to working condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification. The intended delivery date for the item(s) is 12 weeks after receipt of award. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract to NUTEC TOOLING SYSTEMS, INC. Nutec is the only identified firm with the resources to support such an upgrade, calibration, and configuration of the existing system currently in use. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333999 and the standard size is 500 employees. All responses received within ten businesses (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1400 Eastern Standard Time, Saturday, 11 April 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
