Description

RFI The Library of Congress (LC) is issuing this combined Sources Sought - Request for Information (hereafter RFI) to solicit Industry capabilities and input on a Comprehensive Hard Floor Care Program. To achieve this goal, the Library of Congress requires cyclical comprehensive floor cleaning, maintenance and preservation services from a contractor with the commensurate skills, certifications, knowledge and equipment which are broadly recognized as industry best practice for a qualified contractor. The Library of Congress would like to better understand market capabilities and identify qualified vendors capable of a) designing and implementing a comprehensive hard floor care program, and b) consistently maintaining surfaces per a predetermined level. The Library is also interested in identifying best practices for vendor evaluation/selection, comments on the use of an appropriate pricing structure, and options for describing and procuring the desired maintenance program. All interested and qualified businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein.
